We begin with a no-cost consultation (virtual or in-person) to understand your goals, style preferences, functional needs, and budget. Following this, we develop a basic concept sketch or inspiration board to explore the potential direction of your project.

• Discussion of scope, timeline, and service agreement

We take your vision and turn it into a clear, actionable plan.

This includes:

• Space planning & layout development

• Scope of work definition

• Material & product guidance

• Detailed cost estimating

• Design revisions and value engineering

• Professional architectural or engineering coordination (if applicable)

Whether you’re remodeling a room or building from scratch, this phase sets the foundation for success.
